CarlosPoker, onderdeel van de op Malta geregistreerde Unibet Plc, heeft aangekondigd dat zij deel gaan uitmaken van het MicroGaming Network.

CarlosPoker werd net als NoIQ Poker eind vorige maand te kennen gegeven dat zij vanaf eind januari geen deel meer uit zouden maken van het iPoker netwerk. Het artikel daarover kan je hier lezen.

Hoofd van de pokerafdeling Nils Andén van CarlosPoker zegt hierover: "We felt that the Carlos Poker players wanted a new challenge in terms of player experience. Since most of our players already have had great experiences with Microgaming we expect the transition to be smooth. As a company we also have great respect for Microgaming and we admire their innovation, professionalism and forward thinking. We are confident that our players will greatly enjoy the fast-paced game play, great tournament offering and exciting developments of the network during 2009."

Het Microgaming Network heeft zo'n 46 verschillende pokerrooms op haar netwerk, waarvan de bekendste DoylesRoom, 32RedPoker en Unibet zijn.

NoIQ Poker is overgestapt naar het Entraction Network, een netwerk waar bijvoorbeeld ook DevilfishPoker.com op gehuisvest is. Karl Buhagiar van NoIQ Poker over de keuze voor het Entraction Network: "We made a thorough evaluation of several poker networks before we decided to go with Entraction. The survey we made showed that our players prefer Entraction to other networks as it offers a faster game and a very stabile poker client. We bring a large number of players with us from iPoker and the fact that they preferred Entraction was a decisive factor for us."

Ook de CEO van Entraction is blij met de toetreding van NoIQ Poker tot het netwerk: "Entraction's poker network is the world's fastest growing open poker network and the agreement with NoiQPoker is another proof that Entraction is an attractive network to the largest operators in the industry."

Op Entraction zijn maar liefst 92 pokerrooms actief.
