Het is gebruikelijk dat spelers op Full Tilt Poker hun rakeback op vrijdag ontvangen over de periode van dinsdag tot dinsdag ervoor. Afgelopen vrijdag werd er door niemand rakeback ontvangen en Full Tilt Poker kwam met een verklaring hieromtrent:

"Dear xxxx,

We regret to inform you that due to the recent suspension of our license by the Alderney Gaming Control Commission, Full Tilt Poker is temporarily unable to facilitate 'real money' play, deposits or withdrawals.

Unfortunately, this includes the processing of any affiliate commissions to either your affiliate or player account, as well as any pending rakeback payments to your players.

We are in ongoing discussions with the AGCC with the aim of rectifying the situation as soon as possible, thereby re-enabling real money play on the site and the processing of these commissions and rakeback payments to you and your players.

In the meantime, your commissions are safe and business will continue as usual once the game is up and running again.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by these actions and will keep you updated with any information as it becomes available. Thank you for your continued support.
