Het volledige schema van de World Series of Poker 2011 is af en online geplaatst door Ceasers Entertainment. In totaal zijn er 58 bracelets te verdienen in Las Vegas komende zomer.

Enkele opvallende wijzigingen in het schema zijn de stop en starttijden, het verplaatsen van het $50.000 Players Championship en een nieuw Heads Up toernooi.

Voor het eerst in de geschiedenis worden er vaste start en stoptijden gehanteerd bij de WSOP. Voor alle events die om 12:00 uur starten, buiten het Main Event, geldt dat er 10 levels (van een uur) gepokerd gaat worden. Voor events die om 17:00 uur starten zullen maximaal 8 levels gespeeld worden. Middag events zullen de volgende dag om 14:30 verder gaan, en events die om 17:00 uur startte zullen de dag erna om 15:00 uur aan dag 2, 3 etc beginnen.

Naast de nieuwe "hard stop times" is er ook een nieuw toernooi. Het $25.000 Heads Up No Limit Hold'em Championship:

"Are you the best one-on-one player in the world? The winner of this event will be able to claim that title. Up to 256 players will compete in this first-time event, which will be the first open bracelet awarded at the 2011 WSOP. This is Event #2 on the schedule and begins on Tuesday, May 31st at 5:00pm in the famed Amazon Room."

Het $50.000 Player Championship dat vorig jaar door Michael Mizrachi werd gewonnen is verplaatst in het schema. Was het vorig jaar nog de "grote" opening (na het dealers event na dan), dit jaar is het laat in het schema weer terug te vinden. Event nummer 55 om precies te zijn, enkele dagen voordat het Main Event losbarst.
