Devilfish Gaming staakt aandelenhandel
Devilish Gaming plc zit in financieel zwaar weer en heeft op de Londense Stock Exchance (Londense beurs) een aanvraag ingediend op per direct de aandelenhandel te staken om tijd te winnen om de financiële positie beter te onderzoeken.
De raad van bestuur van Devilfish Gaming plc zijn op dit moment aan het kijken of de onderneming verkocht kan worden of dat er een drastische reorganisatie moet plaatsvinden. Uit een onlangs verschenen financieel rapport blijkt dat het laatste kwartaal van 2009 erg slecht was en het bedrijf een verlies van £229,000 heeft gemaakt.
Devilfish Gaming maakt sinds 2007 deel uit van het Entraction Network. Naast poker biedt Devilfish gaming ook online casino en bingo aan. Een van de oprichters van Devilfish gaming nam onlangs wegens gezondheidsproblemen al afscheid van het bedrijf.
