FullTilt Poker.net wordt medesponsor van het Formule 1 team Virgin Racing. Virgin Racing van eigenaar Richard Branson van onder andere het platen Label Virgin Music en de Virgin Air is sinds dit jaar actief in de Formule 1. Het team heeft als hoofdcoureurs de Duitser Timo Glock en de uit Brazilië afkomstige Lucas di Grassi.

FullTilt heeft geen mededelingen gedaan over het bedrag wat met deze sponsordeal gemoeid is. Echter zijn gedeeltelijke sponserships in de Formule 1 meestal bedragen rond de $15 miljoen. De reclame op de bolide en daaromheen zullen vooral uit promotie voor FullTilt "Poker School" zijn.

Tot op heden heeft Virgin Racing nog geen hoge ogen kunnen gooien in dit Formule 1 seizoen. Beide coureurs hebben zich nog niet in de top 10 kunnen rijden. Glock heeft nog geen race kunnen uitrijden en di Grassi's beste prestatie was een 14e plek in de Grand Prix van Maleisië.

Per Grand Prix kijken er ongeveer 500 miljoen mensen ter wereld naar de kwalificatie en races.
